EN.O GREECE is opening a Call for Participants for the international Training Course & Partnership Building Activity “Youth Organisations, Local Realities and Future Projects,” taking place in Aruba from 16 to 22 November 2026.
The activity brings together people involved in youth work from Europe and the Dutch Caribbean, creating a space for learning, exchange, networking and the development of future cooperation.
About the Training Course:
Youth organisations, youth networks and NGOs play an important role in creating learning opportunities, community activities and pathways for young people to participate actively in society. At the same time, organisations across different local realities often face common challenges, including reaching and involving young people, responding to community needs, supporting young people with fewer opportunities and developing sustainable youth activities.
Through non-formal education, peer learning, practical workshops, study visits and interaction with local youth organisations in Aruba, participants will have the opportunity to explore different approaches to youth work, exchange experiences and good practices, and develop practical skills and methods that can be transferred to their own organisations and communities.
The programme will also create opportunities to connect with youth workers and organisations from different countries, explore funding opportunities and work together on ideas for future cooperation. Study visits to youth organisations and initiatives in Aruba form an important part of the programme.
Who are we looking for?
This call is addressed to members of the EN.O Greece Youth Workers’ & Educators Network, as well as individuals who would like to become actively involved in the network and contribute to activities that empower young people and local communities.
We are looking for motivated people who are interested in:
– learning and exchanging experiences with youth workers from different countries and contexts;
– developing practical tools and methods for working with young people;
– discovering youth work practices and organisations in Aruba;
– strengthening their capacity to design meaningful activities responding to young people’s needs;
– applying the knowledge and methods gained through the mobility in their own educational, youth or community context;
– contributing to local activities and initiatives for young people and communities after returning to Greece.
Accommodation, meals during the official programme, training materials and local transportation connected to programme activities are covered. Travel costs are reimbursed according to the applicable Erasmus+ rules and distance-band limits.
